Written agreement with SEB Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among SEB Bancorp, Inc., Marietta, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia.
