Written agreement with CCB Financial

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among CCB Financial Corporation, Jonesboro, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia.
