Written agreement with North Georgia Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among North Georgia Bancorp, Inc. Watkinsville, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
