Written agreement with CIT Group

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between CIT Group Inc., New York, New York, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
