Written agreement with Rogers Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Rogers Bancshares, Inc. Little Rock, Arkansas, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
