Written agreement with EvergreenBancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between EvergreenBancorp, Inc., Seattle, Washington, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
