Written agreement with Merchants Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Merchants Bancorp, Gresham, Oregon, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services--Division of Finance and Corporate Securities.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
