Written agreement with Georgia Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Georgia Bancshares, Inc., Peachtree City, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
