Written agreement with Appalachian Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Appalachian Bancshares, Inc., Ellijay, Georgia, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Georgia, Department of Banking and Finance.
