Written agreement with Wakulla Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Wakulla Bancorp, Crawfordville, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
