Written agreement with Prime Pacific Financial Services

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Prime Pacific Financial Services, Inc., Lynnwood, Washington, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
