Written agreement for Heritage Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Heritage Bancshares, Orange Park, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
