Written agreement SunFirst Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between SunFirst Corporation, St. George, Utah, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
