Written agreement with TCM Company

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between TCM Company, Crete, Nebraska, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
