Written agreement with Citizens Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Citizens Bancorp, Nevada City, California, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
