Written agreement with Bank of Commerce Holdings

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between, Bank of Commerce Holdings, Inc., Sarasota, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
