Written agreement with Gulf State Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Gulf State Bancorp, Carrabelle, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
