Written agreement with Albina Community Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Albina Community Bancorp, Portland, Oregon, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Finance and Corporate Securities.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
