Written agreement with Cowlitz Bancorporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Cowlitz Bancorporation, Longview, Washington, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
