Written agreement with Patriot National Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Patriot National Bancorp, Inc., Stamford, Connecticut, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
