Written agreement with Lincoln County Bancorp and Peoples Bank and Trust Company

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Lincoln County Bancorp, Troy, Missouri, a registered bank holding company, Peoples Bank and Trust Company, Troy, Missouri, a state-chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
