Written agreement with NOVA Financial Holdings

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between NOVA Financial Holdings, Inc., Berwyn, Pennsylvania, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
