Written agreement with BOV Holding Company and Bank of Versailles

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among BOV Holding Company, Versailles, Missouri, a registered bank holding company, Bank of Versailles, Versailles, Missouri, a state-chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
