Written agreement with Macatawa Bank Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Macatawa Bank Corporation, Holland, Michigan, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
