Written agreement with Harbor Bankshares Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Harbor Bankshares Corporation, Baltimore, Maryland, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
