Written agreement with Sonoma Valley Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Sonoma Valley Bancorp, Sonoma, California, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
