Written agreement with MidSouth Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between MidSouth Bank, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, a state-chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
