Written agreement with UCB Financial Group

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between UCB Financial Group, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Banking Commissioner of the State of Georgia. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
