The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the approval of an application by Banco Davivienda, S.A., Bogotá, Colombia, to establish a branch in Miami, Florida, through the conversion of its wholly owned subsidiary, Bancafé International, an Edge Act corporation.
