The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the termination of the enforcement actions listed below: Commerce Bancshares, Inc., Edina, Minnesota Written Agreement dated Feb. 17, 2012 Terminated March 14, 2014 Florida Bank Group, Inc. and Florida Bank, both of Tampa, Florida Written Agreement dated March 1, 2011 Terminated March 19, 2014 Search of Federal Reserve enforcement actions.
