The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the application filed by MB Financial, Inc., Chicago, to acquire Taylor Capital Group, Inc., Rosemont, and thereby indirectly acquire Cole Taylor Bank, Chicago, all of Illinois.
