Federal Reserve Board announces approval of applications by ANB Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the applications under section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and section 9 of the Federal Reserve Act by ANB Bank, Denver, Colorado, to merge with Capital West Bank, Laramie, Wyoming, and to establish branches at the locations of Capital West Bank.
