Federal Reserve Board issues enforcement action with China Construction Bank Corporation and termination of enforcement action with Atlantic Coast Financial Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of the following enforcement action: China Construction Bank Corporation, Beijing, People's Republic of China, and China Construction Bank New York Branch (PDF), New York, New York Written Agreement dated July 16, 2015 The Federal Reserve Board also announced the termination of the enforcement action listed below: Atlantic Coast Financial Corporation Supervisory Agreement issued by the Office of Thrift Supervision dated Dec. 10, 2010 Terminated July 15, 2015 Search of Federal Reserve enforcement actions.
