The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the applications under section 9 of the Federal Reserve Act by Frost Bank, San Antonio, Texas, to establish branches at 314 South WW White Road, San Antonio, and 2421 East Seventh Street, Austin, Texas.
