Federal Reserve Board announces approval of applications by PlainsCapital Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the applications under section 9 of the Federal Reserve Act by PlainsCapital Bank, Dallas, Texas, to establish branches at One Cowboys Way and 6635 Cowboys Way, both of Frisco, Texas.
