The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of the enforcement actions listed below: Consent prohibition of Nathaniel Frazier, former Branch Manager of Regions Bank, Birmingham, Alabama, for engaging in improper practices regarding credit origination Consent prohibition of Jeffrey Garrison, former Financial Services Specialist of Regions Bank, Birmingham, Alabama, for engaging in improper practices regarding credit origination The Board also announced the termination of the enforcement action listed below: Hometown Bancshares, Inc., Carthage, Missouri Written Agreement dated April 28, 2009 Terminated May 16, 2018 Other enforcement actions can be searched for here.
