The court today found the evidence tying the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development to the terrorist organization Hamas to be ‘massive,’ and emphasized in the strongest terms that our Constitution provides ‘no right to fund terrorism.’ Freezing the assets of those who fund terrorism is an important tool in the government's quest to drain terrorists of the financial resources that fuel their terror.” 03-372
