At arrival, media should report to the press registration table outside of the Grand Ballroom. ALL media MUST PRESENT GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID (such as drivers license) as well as VALID MEDIA CREDENTIALS. A mult-box and press riser will be available. Parking will be available for press in the lot directly across from the Union.
