Offense:Mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341.

Sentence:Mar. 12, 1976; Eastern District of Wisconsin; three years’ probation.

Craven Wilford McLemore: Gracemont, Oklahoma.

Offense: Conspiracy to defraud the United States and Caddo County, 18 U.S.C. § 371.

Sentence: Feb. 10, 1983; Western District of Oklahoma; two years’ imprisonment, with six months served in incarceration and 18 months served on probation; $10,000 fine. 04-468
