Secretary Napolitano will deliver a major address on homeland security and the Department’s approach to preventing terrorist attacks at the Council on Foreign Relations. While in New York, she will also visit Ground Zero and meet with counterterrorism experts, first responders and law enforcement leaders. More details on the trip will be released once they are finalized.”
