Secretary Kirstjen M. Nielsen to Travel to Mexico

WASHINGTON – Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen M. Nielsen will travel to Mexico City, Mexico from March 26 – 27 to participate in bilateral meetings with Secretary of Interior Alfonso Navarrete Prida and Secretary of Foreign Affairs Luis Videgaray Caso. She will also meet with the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico and Department of Homeland Security employees. These meetings will include discussions of economic and national security issues affecting both the United States and Mexico, including joint efforts to combat transnational criminal organizations and ensure border security.
