Ansel Adams: The Mural Project Opens at Interior Department - Archive

On Wednesday, March 10, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar and the National Park Foundation, will host a reception to open Ansel Adams: The Mural Project 1941-1942, an exhibit composed of 26 never before exhibited prints selected from photographs taken by Ansel Adams for the Department of the Interior. Secretary Salazar will also honor Congressman Norm Dicks, Chair of Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior and Environment.

What: Ansel Adams: The Mural Project Reception honoring Congressman Norm Dicks

When: Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Where: The visitor entrance to the Main Interior Building is at 1849 C Street, N.W.
