AUSTIN, TX – Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will join representatives of scientific and conservation organizations at the Zilker Nature Preserve/Botanical Gardens on March 11 to release the 2010 “State of the Birds Report,” which this year focuses on the effects of climate change on migratory bird populations in the United States.
