LAS VEGAS – On Thursday, Dec. 15, U.S. Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell and U.S. Deputy Secretary Mike Connor will attend the Colorado River Water Users Association Conference as part of a nationwide tour highlighting progress the nation has made over the past eight years on public lands, waters and wildlife management.
While there, Secretary Jewell and Deputy Secretary Connor will make a major announcement regarding Glen Canyon Dam in Arizona and the cooperative framework that will guide its operation for the next 20 years.
