The U.S. Marshals Service recently announced its first "Fugitive of the Week" arrest for 2022, according to a press release.
Casey Anne Holley, 43, was found hiding in a Pittsfield residence. Holley previously had ties to the Rochester and Concord areas of New Hampshire when she became a fugitive.
"Time and time again, we have fugitives that continue to hide and hope law enforcement doesn’t find them," U.S. Marshal Nick Willard said, according to the press release. "The U.S. Marshals Service takes pride in tracking down these people. The best decision a fugitive can make is to always turn yourself in and resolve your legal matters."
An arrest warrant was issued by the Strafford County Superior Court for Holley on Oct. 4, 2021 for failing to appear on a narcotics charge.
Holley had been featured as the U.S. Marshals' “Fugitive of the Week” on Jan. 5. Following the broadcast, tips came in from the general public indicating her location at the 200 block of Concord Hill Road in Pittsfield, New Hampshire.
Holley was transported to the Strafford County Jail to await her initial court appearance in Strafford County Superior Court.
Created in 2007, the "Fugitive of the Week" featurette has gathered information leading to the arrest of over 500 fugitives.
