Audit of the U.S. Census Bureau Demographic Programs Directorate’s Reimbursable Survey Data Quality and Reliability

We are initiating an audit of the U.S. Census Bureau Demographic Programs Directorate’s reimbursable surveys. Our objective is to determine whether reimbursable surveys conducted by this directorate provide quality and reliable data to help sponsoring federal agencies make informed decisions. We plan to begin this work immediately.
