EPW Committee Approves Key EPA Nominations

Washington, DC - Today, the Environment and Public Works Committee approved the nominations of Robert Perciasepe to be Deputy Administrator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Craig Hooks to be Assistant Administrator of the Office of Administration and Resource Management at EPA.

The EPW Committee held a nomination hearing for Mr. Perciasepe and Mr. Hooks on July 8. The nominations were approved by voice vote today and now go to the full Senate for consideration.
