Washington, D.C. -- Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Chairman of the Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following statement on a preview of a report by the National Climate Assessment Development Advisory Committee (NCADAC).
Senator Boxer said: "This draft report sends a warning to all of us: we must act in a comprehensive fashion to reduce carbon pollution or expose our people and communities to continuing devastation from extreme weather events and their aftermath."
