Senators Inhofe and Boxer Issue Statement on TSCA Reform Bill

Washington, D.C. - -- Senator James Inhofe (R-OK), Chairman of the Environment and Public Works Committee, and Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), EPW Ranking Member, issued the following statement on negotiations to reform the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

Senators Inhofe and Boxer said: “We have negotiated in good faith and are extremely pleased that we have reached an agreement on key sticking points of the TSCA reform bill. We have an incredible team that is working tirelessly, and we look forward to finalizing the deal with House negotiators."
