WASHINGTON, DC - The Subcommittee on Health, chaired by Rep. Joe Pitts (R-PA), has rescheduled the hearing on “Examining the 340B Drug Pricing Program" for Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. in room 2322 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
Subcommittee members will hear testimony from witnesses from the Health Resources and Services Administration, the Government Accountability Office, and the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General about the 340B program, a federal drug discount program. Subcommittee members will review the functionality of the program to ensure it is meeting its intended goals.
